Learn to Play Mah Jongg!

Ready to challenge your mind and enjoy great company? Join us for an introduction to American Mah Jongg—a game of strategy, skill, and a touch of luck. In this two-session beginner class, you'll learn the rules, tiles, and rhythm of the game, with plenty of time to practice hands and build confidence. After these sessions, you'll have the option to continue with a weekly Mah Jongg group—perfect for those who want to keep playing and sharpening their skills. No experience necessary— just a willingness to learn, laugh, and maybe get a little competitive. Register by: October 8. Instructor: Shannon Dickman. Fee: $35 (fee includes your own 2025 National Mah Jongg Rule Card).
