Be A Kid Summer Contract

📅 Summer Session Begins: June 2, 2025

📅 Non-Contracted Sign up days: May 29 & 30

📌Contract Deadline: May 12, 2025

Submit your child’s weekly attendance schedule starting June 2, 2025.



Contract Guidelines:

● Weekly Schedule must remain the same each week.

● Billed at a consistent weekly rate.

● Changes allowed monthly with email notice by the 20th of the previous

month. (e.g. June contract is M-W and need to change in July to M,Th,F)

● Spots filled in order of contracts received; waitlist if full.

Payments & Fees:

● Bi-weekly payments via Procare app (due on the first day of the billing

period).

● Late fees apply to unpaid balances.

Exceptions:

● If your child is contracted to attend on a field trip day but chooses not to

attend, you will receive a credit for that day.

● No charges on days when Be A Kid is closed.

● Additional fees will be charged for select field trips.

Summer 2025 Be A Kid Rates:

● Hot Lunch: $40/day

● Sack Lunch: $33/day

🕒 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM



Closures:

❌ June 19 (State-required)

❌ July 4 (Holiday)

❌ June 23–27 (Cleaning)
