Grades 3-5 Book Club Book Series: Amulet by Kazu Kibuishi             

In this compelling graphic novel series, readers breathlessly follow siblings Emily and Navin as they navigate an unfamiliar, dangerous land. At Book Club we will learn about the author’s inspiration for the book series, explore the themes in the series and talk about other books and authors to read! You do not have to read the whole series before you come to Book Club but it would be helpful if you have read Book 1. Talk to the Media Center or your Public Library to get a copy of the book. Register by October 20. Instructor: Heidi Schutt. Fee: $10.
