Sometimes called the National Ukrainian Dish, these Eastern European dumplings are made with a variety of fillings. We will use a recipe brought to Minnesota with Barbara's German/Russian family in 1912 and filled with a cottage cheese filling and a creamy ham gravy. Register by December 3.
