In this fun, yet effective training/workout experience, girls will improve their strength, agility, and speed all while focusing on self-confidence, belief in themselves, the understanding of what and why we move our body, and the power of lifting up others and cheering one another on. Each session will build on the next and includes games, timed intervals, mobility, and plyometrics. They will leave sweaty but smiling confidently.
